实验室设计中的电源如何安排

  我们在实验室设计的搭配中,很多实验操作的步骤和原理需要设备基础来进行搭配的,经过专业的设计人员综合多方面因素设计完成的,与普通建筑有很大区别。

实验设计

  因为实验室仪器设备对电路的要求比较复杂,并不是通常人们所认为的那样,只要满足大电压和大功率的要求就可以了。事实上有很多仪器设备对电路都有特殊的要求(例如静电接地、断电保护、等电位连接等)。

  对配电系统的设计,不但要考虑现有的仪器设备情况,同时也要考虑实验室几年的发展规划,充分考虑配电系统的预留问题及日后的电路维护等问题。

  为了保证电力的可靠保障,还应考虑不间断电源或双线路设计,不间断电源的容量应符合实际所需并保证一定可扩增区间以满足未来的发展所需。

实验室搭建

  此外对于某些特殊的区域,实验室设计内如气瓶间则应采用防爆电器元件以确保无隐患。墙上的插座应充分考虑需求,例如样品室应留足冰箱的插座、前处理室应预备离心机的插座、门口应预留自动鞋套机的插座、走廊两侧也应考虑到分布一些插座。
